Kayanda LLC ("Kayanda," "we," "our," or "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Maryland and headquartered in Chevy Chase, Maryland, operates the SignalFlow™ AI Revenue Activation Infrastructure platform available at signalflow.ai and all associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").
This Privacy Policy governs how Kayanda LLC collects, processes, stores, uses, and protects personal information submitted by or generated through users of the Platform, including business clients, affiliate partners, website visitors, and any third parties whose data is processed through our systems in connection with Platform delivery.

2.3 Third-Party Integration Data
When you connect third-party platforms (including Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Calendly, Apollo, Slack, Shopify, or Stripe) to the Platform, we receive data from those platforms as authorized by your configuration. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share such data with Kayanda LLC.
03How We Use Your Information
Kayanda LLC processes personal data only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes:
Platform Delivery: Provision AI revenue activation services, automate outreach workflows, manage lead routing, and fulfill all contracted service obligations
Payment Processing: Facilitate client subscriptions and automatic partner commission payouts through Stripe Connect infrastructure
Partner Program Administration: Track referral activity, calculate commissions, process automatic payouts, and maintain partner account records
Platform Improvement: Analyze aggregate usage patterns, optimize AI performance, resolve technical issues, and develop new capabilities
Security and Fraud Prevention: Detect and prevent unauthorized access, enforce Terms of Service, and protect Platform integrity
Legal Compliance: Fulfill obligations under applicable federal and Maryland state law, respond to lawful governmental requests, and enforce our legal rights
Communications: Deliver transactional notifications, service updates, and — with your consent — promotional communications
Kayanda LLC does not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models or engage in behavioral advertising.
04Information Sharing and Disclosure

05Data Retention
Active account data: Duration of account plus 36 months following closure
Payment and transaction records: 7 years as required by applicable financial and tax regulations
Partner commission records: 7 years for IRS compliance and audit purposes
Communication logs: 24 months unless required longer for dispute resolution
Server and access logs: 90 days for security monitoring purposes
Upon verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal data subject to our legal obligations and legitimate interests in fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

11Changes to This Policy
Kayanda LLC reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
